Summary. EuZap is an assistant that connects to your WhatsApp through an unofficial method. WhatsApp may restrict your account, and you are responsible for the conversations you choose to have processed. The trial lasts 7 days with no card, and you can cancel at any time.

1. The service

EuZap transcribes voice notes, records finances, calendar events and reminders, summarizes groups, exports contacts, reads images, documents and videos and, if you turn it on, replies on your behalf. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes: double-check important information (amounts, dates, addresses) before acting on it. Do not use the service as your only source for financial, medical or legal decisions.

2. Account

You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information and keep your password secret. Each account serves one person and one WhatsApp number, from any country. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Unofficial connection to WhatsApp

The service uses an unofficial connection, similar to WhatsApp Web. WhatsApp (Meta) may restrict or ban numbers that use this kind of automation, and we have no control over that. We do not guarantee that your number will not be blocked and we are not liable for any losses resulting from it. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

4. Data, AI and third parties

To work, the content of your conversations is processed by AI providers (DeepSeek and Groq), as explained in the Privacy Policy. Your conversations include messages from other people; you are responsible for turning the service on only where that is lawful and respectful, including with regard to those people’s privacy.

5. Prohibited use

Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scams or illegal content.
Harassing, threatening or deceiving people, or impersonating someone you are not.
Trying to get around limits, attacking the service or accessing other customers’ data.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

6. Trial, price and billing

The trial lasts 7 days, with no credit card. After that, using the AI requires a monthly subscription, billed by Mercado Pago (in Brazilian reais) or Stripe (in US dollars or euros), at the price shown on the sales page and in the app in the currency of your language. Each plan has a monthly limit of AI messages; when you reach it, the assistant lets you know and usage resets the following month. Prices may change with prior notice, and the change applies from the next billing cycle.

7. Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time under More › Account › “Cancel subscription”. You can also export your data and delete your account there. Deletion is permanent. Refund requests within the statutory withdrawal period (for example, 7 days after purchase in Brazil under the Consumer Protection Code, or 14 days in the European Union under local law) should be sent to support.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. There may be outages, delayed reminders and failures by third parties (WhatsApp, AI providers, payments). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after the notice means you agree. Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
